New Rhodium Fascinators

I have made some pretty new fascinators for my store. As usual, they are highly detailed and complex in construction. I just cant leave well enough alone and keep it simple when it comes to these beauties! I just love to layer and layer and keep them soft and textured and interesting.
My fascinators are special because I design all my own clip decorations for the front, so they are totally unique and only available from me.
They are all really well constructed.... Not a glue gun in sight!
These are heirloom quality and will last for years!
They are in my Etsy store Lulu Splendor right now.

This little lovely is an add on I wanted to show off, for me, it's a bit of love at first sight!
I have made this for Stephanie, my lovely customer who I have made all sorts of pieces for. This will be for a costume she is planning for Halloween (is that right Steph?)
I suspect though, she might wear it again

Feathered Preview

A new set of gorgeous ruffled delights. They will be located HERE in my Etsy shop, as soon as I get a minute to put them in there!

Birds of a feather

I have made a collection of new fascinators, each totally unique. Here is a small selection. They all feature vintage brass and have been trimmed in a selection of Swarovski colours and pearls, but all neutral, traditional bridal colours. I have made the feathers tufts backing a bit smaller this time than I have in previous styles and made  them a little more textural.

New Fascinators

I have crafted some gorgeous new fascinators that feature vintage brass brooches. These are so pretty! Each one is ivory and are made with a variety of goose, rooster and ostrich. I have designed these to mostly sit flat against the head, with just a few wispy tendrils or feature plumes for style.
All the brooches are of course trimmed in beautiful Swarovski crystal pearls and rhinestones.
I had been waiting for two weeks for Grace to be available to model them for me. We took a chance Sunday morning, in the wind, and with a black storm brewing. Grace is hilarious as she happily puts her head into the bushes to get a nice green background. We have been in drought here and the garden is yellow and sun burnt, so finding a pretty spot to use as a backdrop is a challenge in itself. Grace ha become a seasoned hair model now and knows just how to strike a pose and angle her head. Thanks Gracie, you are a gem.

Some more Jewelled Fascinators

It Has taken a little while to pin Grace down to do some sore modelling for me, but this evening I pinned her down (literally) and had her model my latest creations for the hair.
I'll post different items over the next few days.
today's pieces are some new feathered pieces.
I started by making the feathered arrangements and then created some vintage brooches as centre pieces.
They are all trimmed in Swarovski rhinestones and Pearl, and one piece features a hand coloured and distressed rose.

Let me introduce you. These pieces will all be added to my Etsy shop this week.
